Downtown Portland was the setting for this gorgeous wedding of Bonny and Joshua!!! The lovely couple didn’t mind hanging out on a rooftop 18 stories high, dancing in a classic apartment, and using telephones from another time…….that worked better than Verizon, Sprint, and Cricket combined, LOL. Bonny and Joshua had excellent singing voices when they serenaded each other as Bonny walked down the aisle. We concluded the celebration after an elegant wedding reception that was so much fun it wore the kids out, heh heh. CONGRATULATIONS BONNY & JOSHUA!!!

Lauren and David are the proud parents of Baby Porter. We were so excited to see how much he grew in just 3 short months. It seems like only yesterday we shot his newborn photos. We met up with Lauren, David and Porter at the beautiful Jenkins Estates in Beaverton which is open to the public daily.
In a city called Bend there would be a love that could never break. You might remember Sarah and James from their engagement photos. You know the one? Where they served the community of downtown Portland, Oregon as Officers of Love, LOL. Well they have taken their love to a whole new level as you can see in the pictures below. Sarah and James’ wedding was absolutely beautiful and they truly outshined the sun that day!!! We all had fun running through the forest, over a bridge or two, and dancing around a tepee. Once upon a time on an island far away, there was a baby girl who shined as bright as day!!! Our niece Melisa is 3 months old now and she’s just adorable. And the island that she visited is not Samoa, it’s actually Vashon Island in Washington. Melisa did a great job and despite her constant pleas to go swimming we told her that the water was too cold for that, LOL. We rode a ferry to get there and we left in the evening when we were able to capture the moon just over gorgeous Mt. Rainier and the beautiful Puget Sound. Melisa will remember that day clearly…after all, she has the pictures to prove it. WE LOVE YOU MELISA!!!

Fort Vancouver provided the scenery for the lovely wedding of Taylor and Simon. And although we didn’t see any guns or cannons, we still saw a lot of sparks!!! Taylor and Simon looked stunning on their wedding day and they both made solemn vows to love each other, cherish their relationship, and by all means necessary…hold down the Fort. CONGRATULATIONS TAYLOR & SIMON!!!
Summer always seems to be a season that brings forth new beginnings and new life. Sunshine and happiness seem to run abound, and for Jennifer and Kevin ‘happiness’ is an understatement. ‘Overjoyed’ might be more appropriate! Jennifer and Kevin have been blessed with a baby to come and they will undoubtedly be awesome, and fun-loving parents!!! We loved filming Jennifer and Kevin’s wedding and we were super excited to be able to shoot their maternity photos as well. Jennifer & Kevin Atiyeh - How do we possibly thank you for what you have done for us? You began my creating what in our opinion, is the most amazing wedding video capturing our love and affection for one another...and just when we thought it could not get better, you manage to still amaze us. These maternity photos reflect everything we are feeling; excitement, happiness, love and completely blessed.
We are trying to wait as patiently as we can for our daughter to arrive, but are so eager to meet her. I am going to turn on some music (Perhaps, the Single Ladies song which we danced to during our photos!) and hope that it helps little Madeline come out sooner!
We cannot express to you how much we appreciate all you have done for us, and how because of you, we will forever have these beautiful photographs to remind us of what is the most special time in our life.

In the heart of downtown Portland there is hustling and bustling but in the hearts of these two there is only love. Sarah and James are an amazing couple and they were so fun to work with!!! They really made the city come alive with their energy and fun-loving nature. At one point, they even served the community as ‘Officers of Love’. After a brilliant shootout, James had to take Sarah into custody because she was guilty of stealing his heart. Sarah was thought to have said, “If loving you is a crime, then take me away for life.” However, this cannot be confirmed, LOL. Downtown Portland will never be the same…and the story doesn’t end here. For Sarah and James it has just begun, WOO HOO!!!
Jenny and Jeremi will be getting married next May in Arizona. And as we all know Arizona is really HOT!!! So Jenny and Jeremi decided to heat up the streets of Portland with us before they left and guess what? Portland’s on fire! Check out the blazing photos below and you’ll see what I mean! They were an awesome couple to work with and they really lit up the downtown scene for us. Downtown Portland is ablaze, so watch out Arizona because here comes Jenny and Jeremi, OW!!!
Lauren and David were married last summer, and we had the privilege of photographing and filming their wedding at Mt. Hood Bed and Breakfast. We enjoyed capturing the memories of their wedding day and we are so happy for them in having been blessed with a baby boy. Lauren and David are the proud parents of baby Porter, who is about three weeks old in these photos. Baby Porter was so fun to work with because he made all kinds of cute faces for us. He even told us where the best angles were to shoot from. (Just kidding.) Congratulations to Mom and Dad and baby Porter!!!
